Ingredients For 6 Persons 500 g Strawberries 500 g Mascarpone 500 g Low-fat quark 75 g Sugar 150 g Ladyfingers 75 ml Espresso (alternatively 150 ml orange juice) 1 tbsp Cocoa powder Preparation 1 Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone, quark and sugar. Line half of the ladyfingers in a mold (approx. 15x30 cm) and drizzle with half of the espresso. 2 Spread 1/3 of the mascarpone quark cream on top of the ladyfingers and spread half of the strawberries on top. Pour 1/3 of the cream on top of the strawberries, then layer the remaining ladyfingers on top, drizzle with the remaining espresso and spread the rest of the cream on top. 3 Leave the strawberry tiramisu to infuse in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
