Strawberry tiramisu - Creamy, fruity, delicious

Our strawberry tiramisu turns out with fresh berries, mascarpone and quark nice and creamy, light and summery fruity. The simple and quick recipe without egg and amaretto!

Preparation time: 25 min. Latency: 180 min. Level: easy

Ingredients

For 6 Persons
500 g Strawberries
500 g Mascarpone
500 g Low-fat quark
75 g Sugar
150 g Ladyfingers
75 ml Espresso (alternatively 150 ml orange juice)
1 tbsp Cocoa powder

Preparation

Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone, quark and sugar. Line half of the ladyfingers in a mold (approx. 15x30 cm) and drizzle with half of the espresso.

Spread 1/3 of the mascarpone quark cream on top of the ladyfingers and spread half of the strawberries on top. Pour 1/3 of the cream on top of the strawberries, then layer the remaining ladyfingers on top, drizzle with the remaining espresso and spread the rest of the cream on top.

Leave the strawberry tiramisu to infuse in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with remaining strawberry halves.
