½organic lemon
500 ml dark beer
300 ml Cherry juice
1 Star anise
3 Carnations
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 cinnamon sticks

Slice the lemon.

Gently warm beer with cherry juice, lemon slices, star anise, cloves, sugar, and 1 cinnamon stick in a pot (the liquid must not boil!). Let the mulled beer steep for about 20 minutes at approximately 60°C.

Place a cinnamon stick in each of two glasses and ladle in the warm mulled beer.
