2 tbsp Salad cream (e.g. Miracle Whip)
1 tsp Ajvar (spicy paprika paste; jar)
50Baby spinach
2 discs Cheddar

Preheat the contact grill according to the manufacturer's instructions. For the seasoning oil, mix smoked paprika powder, salt, 1 pinch of pepper and oil. Clean the portobello mushrooms, brush with half the seasoning oil and grill on the hot contact grill for about 7 minutes.

Peel the onion and cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Remove the mushrooms from the grill. Brush the onion slices with half of the remaining seasoning oil. Grill on the contact grill at the same temperature for about 2 minutes. Remove the onion from the grill as well. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Brush with the rest of the seasoning oil. Grill at the same temperature for about 1 minute. Remove from the grill, turn off the grill.

Mix the salad cream and ajvar. Wash the spinach. Brush 2 mushrooms with ajvar dip, top with spinach, tomatoes, cheddar and onion and finish with one mushroom each. Top burgers with sprouts.
