Mediterranean Oven Fish
Ingredients

800 g Cod fillet (skinless)
Salt, pepper
4 tbsp Lemon juice
200 g Whipped cream
300 g Cherry
100 g dried tomatoes in oil
125 g Mozzarella
75 g Parmesan cheese (piece)
3 stems Basil
Preparation
1 Rinse the fish, pat dry, place in a baking dish and season with salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix cream, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and add. Bake in a hot oven (electric stove: 180 °C/convection: 160 °C) for about 18 minutes.
2 Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters. Drain the tomatoes, collecting 2 tablespoons of oil, and chop. Dice the mozzarella. Grate the Parmesan. Mix everything and spread it on the fish after about 8 minutes. Wash and add the basil. Finish cooking.
