Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are a delicious, nutrient-packed way to start your day! They are thicker than regular smoothies, making them perfect for spooning rather than sipping.
A thick and creamy smoothie base made with bananas and berries, topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and granola for a crunchy and flavorful breakfast. |
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
½ cup mixed berries
½ cup Greek yogurt or almond milk
1 tbsp honey (optional)
¼ cup granola
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut flakes
Fresh berries for topping
Instructions:
Blend banana, berries, yogurt (or almond milk), and honey until smooth and thick.
Pour into a bowl and top with granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and fresh berries.
Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon.
