Thai-style chicken balls
Aren't they cute? The favorite meatball in the exotic way.

Ingredients
For 6 Persons
600 g Chicken fillet
1 Egg (size M)
50 g Breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper
1 tsp yellow curry paste (glass)
5 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
100 g Peanut butter
1 tbsp Soy sauce
100 ml Vegetable broth
1/2 bunch Coriander or parsley
Preparation
1 For the balls, pat the chicken fillet dry and chop finely. Knead the meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and curry paste. Form about 24 balls from the mixture. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in batches in a pan. Fry the balls in batches all over for about 6 minutes.
2 For the sauce, peel and dice the onion. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion in it until translucent. Stir in the peanut cream, soy sauce and broth, bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes.
3 Wash the coriander, pluck off the leaves. Arrange the meatballs on a platter. Spread the coriander on top. Insert the wooden skewers. Arrange the sauce in six small bowls, serve.
