Works-already-pancakes "Bacon and Cheese"

Ingredients
75 g Cheddar (piece)
3 stems Curly parsley
1 Egg (size M)
125 ml Milk
60 g Flour
Salt
Pepper
200 g Mushrooms
125 g Cherry
4 discs Bacon
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp liquid honey
2 tsp Butter
Preparation
Grate the cheese. Wash the parsley, shake dry, chop. Mix the parsley, 1 tbsp cheese, egg, milk and flour. Season with 1 pinch of salt.
Clean the mushrooms, wash if necessary, cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy, remove. Fry the mushrooms in the bacon fat. Season with salt and pepper, remove. Heat the oil in the pan. Roast the tomatoes in it for approx. 2 minutes. Add the honey, caramelize briefly, remove.
In the meantime, heat butter in batches in a second pan. Bake 2 pancakes from the dough one after the other. Fill each with half mushrooms, bacon and the rest of the cheese. Serve with tomatoes.
